Fight Breaks Out At Heights High School
Five juveniles and one adult were taken into custody, Cleveland Heights police said.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH - Police were called to Heights High School for a fight that broke out on Friday, the school district confirmed.
The fight happened outside of the high school, a Cleveland Heights-University Heights Schools official told Patch. Police were called but the school never went on lockdown and school officials said no weapons were seen during the fight.
The fight started a little after 12 p.m., police said. When officers arrived, there were several people fighting on the school grounds and a crowd was gathered near the fight.

Police took five juveniles and one adult into custody for aggravated riot. One juvenile was taken into custody for failure to disperse. One other juvenile was released to a parent on the scene, Cleveland Heights police said.
One police officer suffered a minor injury to her arm during the incident.

"The Cleveland Heights Fire Department responded to the scene and treated and released one person on the scene who was having difficulty breathing," Cleveland Heights police said. That student was turned over to their parents, police said.
Investigation into the incident is continuing.
