Food Pantry To Be Held At Heights Libraries On Monday
This will be a "no-contact" food pantry, with visitors never leaving their cars.
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH β The Heights Libraries will host another no-contact food pantry on Monday, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Attendees should not leave their car for any reason during the pickup process.
Attendees will need to have empty trunks. Volunteers will only be allowed to load boxes of food into the trunk of a car. Food will not be loaded into back or front seats.
"This process is designed with your welfare, health and safety at the forefront of our service to you. There will be no person-to-person contact at any stage of the process," the library system said on Facebook.

- Cars will enter the Lee Road library branch through the Dellwood Road entrance.
- Cars must stay in the fire lane.
- Cars will receive food in front of the last meeting room door.
- Cars will then turn left and exit onto Ormond Road.
"Once you enter the driveway, we will have staff directing you through the entire traffic route. We will perform intake while you stay in your vehicle, have you proceed to the loading area, and then put the produce box into your vehicle for you. Again, there is no reason for you to exit your vehicle at any time," the library system said.
