
Burning River Baroque will present “A Voice in the Wilderness: Sacred Music of the German Baroque” on Saturday, October 18 at 8 p.m. at St. Alban Episcopal Church in Cleveland Heights. Journey with the ensemble in seeking the Divine voice that inspired some of the most transcendent music of the German Baroque. The program will include sacred cantatas and instrumental music by Bach, Biber, Buxtehude, Klein, Kuhnau and Telemann. Burning River Baroqueis Peter Lekx, baroque violin; Malina Rauschenfels, soprano and baroque cello; and Paula Maust, organ. Admission is a freewill donation.
