Heights Schools Holding Public Focus Group On Superintendent

With Talisa Dixon leaving in March, the public is being invited to weigh in on the search for her replacement.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — The public will be able to weigh in on the Heights superintendent search at a public meeting on Monday, Dec. 17.

The Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education is currently looking for Talisa Dixon's replacement. The current superintendent has signed a contract with the Columbus City Schools, and will depart CHUH in March.

As the Board of Education undertakes a national search for Dixon's replacement, it is asking residents to help identify what qualities the next Heights superintendent should possess. To that end, Monday's public focus group will give space for residents to partake in the conversation.
