Heights Schools Reaching Out To Families Starting This Week

Educators are ensuring students have everything they need to continue remote learning.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Families in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights schools should receive a call from a district staffer in coming days. The calls will ensure families and students have everything they need for the virtual learning process.

Calls began going out on Friday, May 1. Staffers should talk to families about how the virtual learning process has been going and what the district can do to enhance learning during the extended closure.

Families should know the calls may appear on their cell phone as "No Caller ID." If a family missed their call, they can follow the instruction left in the voicemail message.

Calls will be placed over the next several weeks, the district said.

In related news, as the extended closure continues to alter the education process and distance students and teachers, Heights educators made a video for students. The message? We miss you.
