Hurricane Harvey: Cleveland Heights Collecting Schools Supplies
The CHUH School District and the city of Cleveland Heights will donate supplies to the Houston Independent School District.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH β Hurricane Harvey left a trail of devastation in Houston unlike anything the region has ever seen. To help life return to normal, and aid students in the region, the city of Cleveland Heights and the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District are partnering to collect school supplies for students in Houston.
The collected supplies will be donated to the Houston Independent School District, which has had many families impacted by the hurricane. The supplies will be collected during the grand opening of the newly renovated Heights High School on Sept. 10.
Collections bins will be available to drop off supplies in the high school. The city and school district are asking residents to bring backpacks and school supplies for donation.
