MLK To Be Celebrated Wednesday In Cleveland Heights
Students will highlight their poetry, essays, and art created in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH β The Cleveland Heights community will celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Wednesday night.
The city's free and open Celebration of the Life and Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. will be held at the Cleveland Heights Community Center. This is the 21st straight year the event has been run.
During the celebration, student winners from the city's MLK art, essay and poetry contests will highlight their work. This year's theme, for the students to consider, was, "How did Dr. King influence the world?"

The event will start at 7 p.m. on Wednesday. All residents are invited to attend.
