The city of Paris has inspired generations of writers, artists, and lovers for good reason. This illustrated presentation by Professor Tama Engelking of Cleveland State University will focus on a selection of French poetry celebrating Paris and the role it plays in our romantic imagination. The presentations will include some recitations of French poetry with English translations included; both French and non-French speakers are welcome to attend. Part of the Springtime in Paris series.
