Power Outages In Cleveland Heights, At Least 136 Impacted

Equipment damage has left a chunk of the city in the dark on Friday morning.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Equipment damage to FirstEnergy infrastructure has left at least 136 people without power on Friday morning.

Cleveland Heights City Hall has been impacted by the outage. City officials said about 130 surrounding properties are also without power.

FirstEnergy said they expect power to be restored by 10 a.m. Crews have just arrived at the scene, according to the FirstEnergy website.

Temperatures are expected to warm up slightly on Friday, but the high is still expected to be in the teens.
