Cleveland’s Euclid Beach Carousel Society, in partnership with Cuyahoga County Public Library, is pleased to announce a schedule of “Return of the Carousel” talks aimed at sharing the excitement of the Euclid Beach Park Carousel restoration project current underway at the Western Reserve Historical Society in University Circle.
At each talk, Cleveland’s Euclid Beach Park Carousel Society will present a history of the carousels that operated at the Park and discuss the return of the Grand Carousel in its specially built Pavilion at the Historical Society’s History Center. The Euclid Beach Park Carousel Society’s mission is to restore Cleveland’s grand 1910 Carousel, a regional historic and cultural landmark from Euclid Beach Park, to full operational status and to fund the Carousel Society’s Legacy Programs. The Carousel restoration will be completed at the Western Reserve Historical Society this coming November.
Come out and learn how you can be a part of the Euclid Beach Park's restored legacy! For more details, check out this link in cleveland.com or go to the Carousel Society's website at www.clevelandcarousel.org.
