Dobama Theatre continues its THE REVISIONIST showings on Friday March 18th. There will be a Town Hall after the show where you can talk about what you just saw and share your opinions or thoughts with others. Plan to arrive before or at 8:00 p.m. to get into your seats for the play.
The play is written by Jesse Eisenberg and directed by Leighann Delorenzo.

In Jesse Eisenberg’s new play THE REVISIONIST young writer David arrives in Poland with a crippling case of writer’s block and a desire to be left alone. His seventy-five-year-old second cousin Maria (in this production played by the legendary Dorothy Silver) welcomes him with a fervent need to connect with her distant American family. As their relationship develops, she reveals details about her postwar past that test their ideas of what it means to be a family. This new play by well-known actor, playwright, and New Yorker humorist Jesse Eisenberg is filled with unexpected plot twists.
