AΒ woman inΒ theΒ 12500 block of Edgewater Drive told police Aug. 14 that she’s found her car wrapped in wallpaper twice inΒ theΒ past two weeks. She thinksΒ theΒ suspect might be her ex-boyfriend, an interior designer.

Pair Charged with Having Sex in Complex’s PoolΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β 

A Stow apartment complex recently reported finding a pair having sex inΒ theΒ complex pool.

A leasing agent for Bridgewater Apartments at 4172 Bridgewater Parkway called Stow PoliceΒ SundayΒ afternoon after finding a male and a female having sex inΒ theΒ apartment complex swimming pool.


Two women, one a resident ofΒ theΒ complex, witnessedΒ theΒ offense and reported it.Β TheΒ pair could face public indecency charges, which are a fourth-degree misdemeanor.Β

New Westlake High School Hit With Vandalism: Reward Offered

A reward is being offered for information about vandals who broke intoΒ theΒ new Westlake High School buildingΒ SaturdayΒ night, Aug. 17, causing damage throughoutΒ theΒ new school building.

TheΒ vandals discharged at least nine fire extinguishers, and tipped over buckets of water and glue, throughoutΒ theRotunda cafeteria,Β theΒ media center,Β theΒ academic wings andΒ theΒ auxiliary gymnasium.Β

14-Year-Old Drives, Breaks (Several) Traffic Laws

A joy ride by a 14-year-old Bath Township boy might have attracted less attention if he hadn't been flagrantly ignoring traffic laws, according to a report.

A resident reported about noon Aug. 13 thatΒ theΒ teen was drivingΒ theΒ car rapidly back and forth on Ranchwood Road.Β 

TheΒ caller recognizedΒ theΒ youth as being 14. When officers arrived, they saw him fail to stop at a stop sign. Police chargedΒ theΒ youth with driving without a license and a stop sign violation. Both he and his 13-year-old passenger were released to their mothers.
