Suspect Arrested In Murder Of Cleveland Heights Mom
Law enforcement tracked down and arrested Yaphet Bradley after asking the public for help finding him.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH β The U.S. Marshals have taken Yaphet Bradley, 35, into custody. He is a suspect in the murder of Miriam Johnson, a 31-year-old mother of four from Cleveland Heights.
Bradley was arrested on Friday night. He was taken into custody near Shaker Square. He is currently being held on charges of aggravated murder. His first court appearance will be next week.
"The Cleveland Heights Police Department would like to thank all of our Law Enforcement partners for their assistance in locating and apprehending Yaphet Bradley," Cleveland Heights Police Chief Annette Mecklenburg said in a press release.

Detective Reginald Lanton of Cleveland Police said that Johnson's body was found at 7303 Chamberlain Avenue last Thursday. Police were called to the home for reports of a possible dead body. That's where they found the 31-year-old, her body inside a trash can.
Once Johnson's body was found, homicide investigators and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office were called to the scene. When Johnson's body was identified, the case was turned over to Cleveland Heights Police.

Calvin Young, a 24-year-old from Cleveland, has been charged with tampering with evidence, obstructing official business and abuse of a corpse.
