CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH β One of the suspects in Saturday night's armed robbery of two women has been located, police announced.
On Saturday evening, two women arrived at their Mayfield Road apartment complex when they were approached by two teenagers. The teens pulled out a gun and robbed the women, stealing their car, cell phones, purse, and more, police said.

East Cleveland Police got a tip that the car stolen on Saturday night had been seen in their city. When officers located the vehicle, it tried to speed off but ended up crashing into a fence.
The four people inside the car jumped out and took off running. They didn't get far, police said. All four of the occupants were taken into custody.

One of the four occupants is a suspect in Saturday night's robbery. The 15-year-old male faces charges of robbery, police said. He has been turned over to the juvenile system.
"We are continuing to look for the second suspect and while we have not been able to locate him yet, we will continue to search for him," Mecklenburg said.
Police have increased their presence along Mayfield Road, which Mecklenburg hopes will serve as deterrent for further crimes.
