And they want us to approve $134.8 MIILION? Plus redeploy other taxpayer $ to repay a new $18 MILLION loan?
Where's the 14% state match, anyways?
OK. One thing: The 2007 backlog, that has not been addressed, started at $49.7 MILLION. Not $40.4 MILLION. They do not know how much it is today.
