Week 7 High School Football Rankings: Where is Cleveland Heights?

The Ohio High School Athletic Association ranks the top 12 teams in each division and each region across the state.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH - There was little movement among the top five in Division 1, Region 1 this week. All of the teams at the top of the mountain claimed victories over their opponents, creating a stalemate. However, even with all of the top five winning, St. Ed's still jumped one spot from four to three.

For Cleveland Heights, this weekend provided a bump in the rankings. After demolishing Toledo Start, 44-14, two weeks ago, Heights squeaked by Maple Heights in a 34-30 contest on Friday. The team will play Bedford on Oct. 7.

The weekly computer ratings are released every Tuesday afternoon beginning after the fourth week of the season, leading up to the final report on Sunday morning, Oct. 30. The full region 1 rankings are below:
