In this class guided by these three experts, you will learn how to identify and release your inner super powers so you can align your mind, body and environment to achieve your goals.
The workshop will have three distinct areas of focus:
• Judith Eugene will feature external body work connecting and aligning mind and spirit
• Jeannine Gury’s presentation will concentrate on internal thought work unleashing and enabling one’s life
• Christina Hidek will highlight alignment of one’s external environment with internal self
