Yard Waste Collection Starts In Cleveland Heights
Public works employees are practicing new safety protocols during the coronavirus outbreak, but yard waste collection has started.
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH β Cleveland Heights' refuse collectors have started picking-up yard waste. Loose-leaf collection started March 30 and will continue through the end of April.
The city's public works employees will also collect Kraft bags filled with yard waste. However, there will still be no pick-up of bulky trash. City officials said bulky waste collection will resume after the new coronavirus, COVID-19, pandemic passes.
Residents with bulk items to dispose of should take those materials directly to the service department. The service department is at 14200 Superior Road. Dumpsters are located at the rear of the building.
