Zoss, The Swiss Baker To Close In Cleveland Heights
After countless awards and years of service, the bakery announced on social media it would close its doors for good on March 30.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Zoss, the Swiss Baker will close on March 30. The business posted a brief, sweet message on its Facebook, announcing the closure to customers.
"We will be closing our bakery on Saturday March 30. Thank you for being the best customers," the owners, Karl and Barbara Zoss said.
Zoss, the Swiss Baker has been serving the Cedar-Fairmount neighborhood since 1995, racking up awards in the process. In 2018, the business was named one of Cleveland's best bakeries by Cleveland Magazine.

The bakery was profiled on its 20th anniversary by Cleveland Scene Magazine, which detailed how the owners, Karl and Barbara, acquired their recipes and started Zoss. That profile can be read online.
