Dig Out Your Dusty Photos and Get Them on Scrapbook Pages With This Week's Great Escape

If you’re like me, you have a pile of baby pictures, first-day-of-school pictures, birthday and holiday pictures gathering dust in box in a corner of the closet. Despite my good intentions to get them organized, there they sit, giving me a good case of the guilts every time I see them.

Grab a couple of girlfriends with the same guilt problem and get the knowledge and the motivation you need to get those photos out of the closet and onto scrapbook pages. is offering beginner scrapbook classes – and at 40 percent off if you sign up this week. In four once-a-week, two-hour sessions you’ll learn all the basic scrapbooking techniques.

Already know the basics of scrapbooking? Both Michael’s locations are offering a weekly Crop Night. Just $5 reserves your spot and gives you access to some really cool toys like Cricut and Sizzix machines that help you turn out great looking pages. Crop nights are 2:30-8:30 p.m. beginning Feb. 19 at the Montrose store and 3-8:45 p.m. beginning Feb. 18 at the Cuyahoga Falls location.
