A free meal is served on the 2nd Saturday of each month to anyone who wants to attend. We invite you to share in good food and community fellowship. Attendees can begin to gather anytime after 11:00 a.m. and the meal is served from 12:00 p.m to 1:00 p.m. A free-will donation is accepted and appreciated.
Pilgrim's Free Community Lunch committee also invites the community to park in our parking lot during special community events such as festivals and Rockin' on the River. Any donations received from parking in our lot goes towards the costs of operating this program.
Pilgrim's Free Community Lunch program has been in operation for nearly ten years and its volunteers enjoy working with various other types of organizations to provide services. These groups include our own Pilgrim Youth Group, boy scouts, girl scouts, high school students, volunteers from other churches and schools. Those we serve have also spent time volunteering, making this very much so a people helping people mission.
