Happy First Day of Spring — Rita's Announces One-Day Freebie

Rita's Italian Ice opened for the season on March 9 — a little before spring officially sprung. 

But today [March 20], Rita's is offering a free cup of Italian ice to celebrate the first day of spring, according to a Facebook post. 

If you go to Rita's on the first day of spring, take a picture and post it to social media. Rita's started a hashtag campaign on Twitter/Instagram: #ritasfirstdayofspring.
