Local Comedian Bill Squire Headlining at Funny Stop

Patch and the are giving readers something to smile about.

Every Wednesday, folks (18 and over) from the Patch community may mosey on over to the local comedy club for a free 8:30 p.m. show.

When you arrive at the box office, just say you're a Cuyahoga Falls Patch reader, and voila, free admission.

Tonight's show will feature the talents of local comedian Bill Squire.

With his unique point of view, sharp writing, and high energy, Squire is one of the best young comedians on the scene today, according to funnystop.com.

Accolades include: a coast-to-coast tour in 2008 that led to an appearance on Comedy Central where he won the network's "Open Mic Challenge" and "Show Us Your Best" contest in 2009.

The Patch, Funny Stop partnership runs every Wednesday through Aug. 15, so be sure to join in on the free summertime fun while it lasts.
