• Football Suffers First Loss at Walsh Jesuit, 38-25 (centralcatholic.org) — A Central Catholic road trip to Cuyahoga Falls ended in a 38-25 loss to Walsh Jesuit at Conway Memorial Stadium, handing the Fighting Irish their first defeat of the season. Senior captain Jeremiah Fuller still shined with three touchdowns, including a 97-yard kickoff return, as Central Catholic dropped to 2-1 and now turns its focus to rival St. Francis de Sales on Sept. 11.
