• Wayfair outlet, other ways to power data centers and 'pizza' housing (usatoday.com) — Delaware officials are assembling incentives to bring Dublin-based Guild Associates and a $48 million investment to a 70-acre site near Curtis Street and London Road, opening the door for more future development. The same roundup notes a new Wayfair Outlet in Dublin, major energy projects for New Albany data centers, and student housing planned at a former OSU pizza landmark.

• Grady Memorial shutters labor and delivery department in Delaware County (dispatch.com subscription) — Expectant parents in Delaware are losing local labor and delivery services after OhioHealth closed Grady Memorial Hospital’s maternity unit on July 31, cutting or moving 37 jobs. Local leaders, including a Delaware City Council member and longtime Grady physician, warn the closure will lengthen travel times for births, reduce access for Medicaid patients, and reflect a broader trend of hospital consolidation they want lawmakers to regulate.
