• Reminisce: Before Delphos had a fire department, Lima firemen helped fight 1872 blaze (limaohio.com) — Delphos once nearly burned to the ground in the infamous 1872 “Black Friday” fire, when the town had no fire department and relied on help from Lima, Van Wert, and Fort Wayne. This retrospective traces how that disaster unfolded, how residents and outside fire crews battled the flames, and how the tragedy spurred Delphos to finally organize its own fire department.
   

• Lima Municipal Court records, April 13-17 (limaohio.com) — A recent set of Lima Municipal Court records includes a Delphos resident who admitted to criminal trespass and theft and received mostly suspended jail time plus bans from certain properties. The broader report lists numerous other Lima-area defendants and sentences for traffic, theft, and disorderly conduct cases handled between April 13 and 17.
