• Midwest Electric members donate $15,780 to organizations (limaohio.com) — Delphos Journey Baseball Association just received a $400 grant from Midwest Electric’s Community Connection Fund, part of $15,780 awarded to 25 west-central Ohio groups. Funded by members rounding up their bills, the program has given over $1.4 million to local charities since 1998, including projects in Allen, Auglaize, Mercer, and Van Wert counties.
   

• The Kenton Times and Daily-Chief Union enter a new chapter under Cherry Road Media (kentontimes.com) — Delphos readers may notice their regional newspaper family growing, as CherryRoad Media has acquired the Kenton Times and Daily Chief-Union while already publishing a paper serving Delphos. The company says it aims to preserve and strengthen local journalism across its Ohio communities, promising continuity in coverage and a long-term commitment to community news.
