• Lima Municipal Court records, May 4-8 (limaohio.com) — A recent Lima Municipal Court report includes an Elida resident who admitted to an impaired-driving charge and received a lengthy suspended jail term, electronic monitoring, and treatment requirements. The same defendant also pleaded guilty to driving under an OVI-related suspension, adding more suspended jail time. The report lists similar outcomes for several other Allen County residents.
