• Fairview Park teachers' union approves tentative contract agreement (cleveland19.com) — Fairview Park teachers have accepted a tentative new contract so classes can continue without disruption, even though concerns about class sizes and prep time remain unresolved. The agreement now heads to the Fairview Park Board of Education for ratification, possibly at a special meeting before Oct. 27, while union leaders say a strike is still a last-resort option.
