Federal judge in Toledo blocks Ohio hemp law with sweeping order (toledoblade.com subscription) ā An Ohio federal judge has temporarily blocked enforcement of the stateās new hemp law, siding with 10 hemp companies who argue it unconstitutionally favors in-state businesses.
