• Ernest Teases Deluxe Version Of ‘Deep Blue,' Drops Demo For New Song, 'Wide Awake' (whiskeyriff.com) — Country artist Ernest will bring his 2026 tour to Fort Loramie on July 10 for Country Concert, giving local fans a chance to hear songs from his new Deep Blue album. He’s teasing a deluxe version of the record and just shared a demo of a new track, “Wide Awake,” while continuing a packed festival schedule nationwide.
   

• Community Foundation accepts applications for nonprofit grant (sidneydailynews.com) — Fort Loramie groups just benefited from Community Foundation grants, including funding for a laser cutter for the Fort Loramie Robotics Club and StoryWalk projects in town. Nonprofits serving local residents can now apply for Fall 2026 Community Grants of up to $20,000 through Aug. 15. Interested organizations must contact the foundation first to receive an application code.
   

• Locals participate in Relay for America, a coast-to-coast flag relay (sidneydailynews.com) — A Fort Loramie resident, Hannah Raterman, helped escort a U.S. flag as it passed through Shelby County in a coast‑to‑coast Relay for America run. Locals joined runners from across the country as the flag moved along Wells Road near Jackson Center, honoring veterans with every mile. Organizers expect the relay to finish in Washington, D.C., on July 4.
