• 'Systemic transformation:' New concept in juvenile prison system coming to Northeast Ohio (news5cleveland.com) — State leaders have broken ground on a new, smaller juvenile correctional facility in Grafton that will replace part of the larger Cuyahoga Hills campus and bring a major state investment into town. Governor Mike DeWine and youth services officials say the 36‑bed units, with classrooms and treatment spaces, are meant to improve safety and rehabilitation as Ohio shifts to more community-based youth justice.
