• $125 million in affordable housing planned in Grove City (dispatch.com) — More than $125 million in new and preserved affordable housing is reshaping Grove City, including the newly opened Cobblestone Manor for low-income seniors and CMHA’s purchase and expansion of several local communities. Projects like Hudson Crossing, The Ervin, and new townhomes on Demorest Cove Court aim to meet growing demand as the city’s population climbs. These developments will add hundreds of mixed-income and deeply affordable units across town. 
• Grove City approves funding for health care reimbursement program (dispatch.com) — Grove City Council has narrowly approved $75,000 to launch a health care reimbursement pilot that will help eligible residents and local workers buy coverage through Healthcare.gov. Singles earning under $35,000 and couples under $50,000 could receive up to $400 or $600 back, with a committee meeting April 22 to set the 2026 start date. The vote was close, 4–3, reflecting debate over government’s role in health coverage.
