Licking County voters may see tax issues (newarkadvocate.com) ā Heath voters are expected to see a charter amendment this November that would scrap emergency resolution provisions and let most resolutions take effect immediately. The broader Licking County ballot may also include new school taxes, park and fire levy renewals, and Pataskala charter changes, with filings due by Aug. 5.
