Breathe with Jillian

Hi, I'm Jillian, an Outdoor Wellness Facilitator, Forest School Teacher, yoga instructor, and lifelong lover of nature, animals, and meaningful connection.

After spending more than 20 years in special education, I found myself drawn to a simple but powerful question:

What if more of our healing, learning, and connection happened outdoors?

Nature has been one of my greatest teachers. Through my studies in yoga, Energy Medicine Yoga®, social-emotional learning, forest bathing, sound balancing with tuning forks, and equine-assisted wellness, I discovered something profound: people feel better when they reconnect with the natural world.

Today, I create outdoor wellness experiences throughout Northeast Ohio that help people slow down, unplug from technology, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves, their families, and their communities.

Summer offerings include:

🌿 Nature Reset Evenings – mindful movement, nature walks, journaling, and sound-supported relaxation

💧 Unplug & Flow – guided waterfall forest bathing experiences inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku

🌕 Lunar Rituals – outdoor moon circles featuring reflection, community, seasonal wisdom, and sound meditation

🌲 Forest Friends – parent and child nature adventures that combine yoga, creativity, exploration, and outdoor play

My mission is simple:

Get people outside and help them fall in love with Mother Earth.

Whether we're listening to a waterfall, practicing yoga beneath the trees, creating nature art, sharing tea, or simply slowing down long enough to hear the birds sing, each experience is designed to remind us that nature is not separate from us—it is part of who we are.

At the heart of all my offerings is a commitment to Ahimsa, the yoga philosophy of living gently:
