The Mane Event: StoneWater's "Pints & Ponytails" Helped Dads Master Hair Day
Interactive evening gave dads and grandpas the confidence to create ponytails, braids and lasting memories
HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ohio – StoneWater Golf Club welcomed dads and grandpas to its inaugural “Pints & Ponytails,” a fun and interactive evening where participants enjoyed beers, burgers and hands-on hairstyling lessons designed to help them confidently tackle ponytails and easy braids for their daughters and granddaughters.
The event was held Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at The Venue at StoneWater.
The evening featured a hairstyling class led by LaBarberia, along with one beer or seltzer, a smash burger, fries, a cookie, a goody bag and a bounce-back card for 20% off a future round of golf. Mannequins and hairstyling tools were provided, allowing participants to practice techniques on a variety of hair textures.

“Pints & Ponytails was about more than learning how to do a ponytail or braid. It was about creating future bonding moments between dads and daughters,” said Whitney Neidus, General Manager of StoneWater Golf Club. “We also loved that it created an opportunity for dads to meet and connect with other dads, while helping make busy mornings, school routines and special occasions a little easier.”
