The two-day program offers hands-on sessions in fields like biology, health sciences, business, computer science, and mental health, with flexible scheduling, limited spots, and a $25-per-session fee including lunch for full-day attendees.

Hillsboro scores 14 runs in win at Waynesville; walks off against Madison-Plains (highlandcountypress.com) — Hillsboro High School’s Lady Indians softball team exploded for 14 runs to beat Waynesville, then capped the week with a dramatic walk-off home run against Madison-Plains at home. Local standouts like Paisley Zink, Peyton Spurlock, and Chloe Roberts powered the offense as Hillsboro improved its overall record and showcased strong pitching in both games.
