Mary Ann Donuts owned and operated by the fourth generation of the Welden family was officially welcomed to Kent by Mayor Jerry Fiala and members of the Kent Area Chamber of Commerce.
Founded in 1947 in Canton, the Kent location at 1444-B East Main (the first in Portage County) is the Welden’s sixth ‘more-than-just-donuts’ store where the donuts are fresh every day. Owner Danielle Welden Brickwood (right of Fiala with scissors) wants people to know that they offer a full menu made up of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, soups, coffees and of course donuts.
