This immersive 3-hour workshop blends Guided Forest Therapy and the Havening Technique to cultivate emotional resilience, and embodied well-being. Participants will engage the senses to regulate the nervous system, deepen mindfulness, and gently release stress patterns. Through intentional connection with nature within Centering Space gardens and the use of restorative touch, attendees will leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and internally resourced.
