ODOT launches 'Read the Road' campaign to improve pedestrian and bicycle safety (hometownstations.com) ā Drivers in and around Lima are being urged to āRead the Roadā as ODOT launches a statewide campaign to better protect pedestrians, cyclists and other vulnerable road users. With about 900 serious crashes last year, officials are stressing slower speeds, yielding to walkers and extra caution where foot and bike traffic is heavy.
