Lima to begin towing nuisance vehicles after City Council approves contract (hometownstations.com) ā Lima is about to start towing unlicensed, inoperable, or improperly parked vehicles now that City Council has approved a towing contract, giving real teeth to existing code enforcement notices. Council also backed higher costs for the floating solar field at Twin Lakes Reservoir, which is nearing operation and expected to significantly cut electricity expenses at the Lima water treatment plant.
