• Daryl Brent Allen (villages-news.com) — Maineville residents are mourning longtime educator Brent Allen, who passed away April 16 at age 62 after a battle with colon cancer. A former Maineville resident and Kings Local School District teacher and principal, he’s remembered for his devotion to family, love of sports, and impact on students. A memorial service is set for May 9 in Lebanon, with donations suggested to cancer research and a local food pantry.
