ā¢ $1M grant fuels plan to demolish West Park Shopping Center this fall (mansfieldnewsjournal.com) ā Demolition of Mansfieldās long-blighted West Park Shopping Center is moving forward this fall, backed by a $1 million state grant and now attracting about 30 interested contractors. The Richland County Land Bank plans to remove most buildings and asphalt by May, aiming to clean up the site, support remaining businesses, and create new job opportunities during the massive project.
