Bruce lived a quiet simple life that focused on his love of Steeler football, the Buckeyes, his family and his friends. "Steeler Sundays" were sacred, an elite club where even family may not get let in and friends who rooted for the Bengals or the Browns were not even allowed on the porch. Next to his love of the Steelers were his three daughters. He loved with all his heart and soul and was fiercely proud of the women they have become. He was so happy to finally gain a son, when he walked Autumn down the isle in May. Bruce never met a stranger, was always down for a good catch-up, and his friends would joke, was always campaigning "Goldie for Mayor".

Abiding with his wishes, cremation arrangements have been made and a celebration on his life will be held in the fall. The Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home is honored to serve Bruce's family during this difficult time. Friends and family are invited to offer their condolences and share memories by visiting their website at CawleyandPeoples.com or by following their Facebook page.
