Star track athlete at Ohio college dies in crash (cleveland.com) — A 19-year-old University of Toledo track athlete from nearby Caledonia died after a three-vehicle crash Friday on Ohio 309 in Marion County, and she was taken to Marion General Hospital, where she passed away. A 19-year-old man from Marion and another driver suffered minor injuries. Friends, teammates, and university officials are mourning her impact as a standout pole vaulter and student.
