The move follows other cities in the region dropping the technology and comes amid national criticism from civil-liberties advocates about mass tracking of residents' movements.
   

• Ohio Man Arrested On Stalking Charge In Westport: Police (patch.com) — A 31-year-old man from Oxford was arrested in Westport, Connecticut on charges including first-degree stalking and violating a restraining order, after allegedly traveling cross-country to confront someone linked to a past victim. Police say he was taken into custody at a business connected to the victim's relative and held on $250,000 bail.
