• HAC discusses draft of request for proposal for 47-acre plot (oxfreepress.com) — Oxford officials are moving ahead with plans to develop the long-discussed 47-acre Western Knolls site into a new residential neighborhood, with construction targeted to start after a proposal is accepted by 2029. At the same time, the city is working to secure ongoing funding for the Oxford Winter House shelter and tracking progress on the Clarence Place Habitat townhomes, all of which could significantly shape local housing options.
