Car Flips into Parma House, Mother and Child Injured
A woman lost control of her car and flipped into a West 130th Street home with her child on board.

A woman, 36, driving with her child, 6, lost control of her car on Sunday and drove through five yards before flipping into a house on West 130th Street, injuring the two. She also crashed through a wooden fence and launched off an embarkment into the home’s porch.
The crash trapped the mother and child in their car, who were then pried out by firefighters. They were then rushed to MetroHealth.
Parts of the home were reinforced by firefighters and the department’s Collapse and Rescue Team due to significant structure damage.

Middleburg Heights police are currently investigating the incident. Patch placed a call to the department that has not been returned.
