• Wanted women busted at hotels in Middleburg Heights: Middleburg Heights police blotter (cleveland.com) — Recent police activity in Middleburg Heights includes arrests of wanted individuals at Motel 6 on Engle Road and the Red Roof Inn on Bagley Road, plus a warrant arrest near I-71. Officers also investigated thefts at Marc's on Southland Drive and a stolen license plate outside The Islander on Lucerne Drive, highlighting ongoing property and drug-related concerns around town. 
• New support group for amputees launches at Southwest General (cleveland.com) — A new monthly Amputation Support Group at Southwest General's Old Oak Center in Middleburg Heights offers local residents living with limb loss a place to connect, learn, and share experiences. Sessions run 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. on select Fridays from October through February, with rotating speakers covering prosthetics, mobility, and coping strategies, and family members are welcome to attend.
• Suspect uses fake barcodes to steal $7,000 in TVs from BJ's in Middleburg Heights (cleveland.com) — Middleburg Heights police are investigating a scheme where a Seven Hills man allegedly used fake barcodes at BJ's on West 130th Street to buy two high-end TVs for a fraction of their price. Security video and membership records helped identify the suspect, who may be linked to a similar theft at a Michigan BJ's location.
