• Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority approves financing for 3 Northeast Ohio projects (cleveland.com) — A major mixed-use project called The Allium is moving forward in Middleburg Heights, with the Port Authority approving up to $50 million in lease revenue bonds to support construction in the Southland District. The development will add new restaurant and retail space, streetscape and trail improvements, and is projected to create dozens of permanent jobs, with construction starting in October and running through 2028.
