• Tri-State city clarifies disputed contract after confusion over absent company owner (local12.com) — Milford city officials are trying to rebuild trust after a controversial vote rejecting a contract with Management Essentials, where the company’s CEO was absent at the city’s request. At this week’s council meeting, the mayor and city manager accepted responsibility for advising him not to attend, while residents and council members pressed for more transparency and fairness in how future decisions are handled.
