📰 News we're reading

• New rest areas along I-75 now open (daytondailynews.com) — Newly rebuilt rest areas just south of the Ohio 63 interchange in Monroe are now open, giving drivers safer parking, upgraded facilities, and more truck spaces along I-75. The project adds amenities like Storybook and dog-walking trails while supporting workers with visual disabilities through vending operations. State officials say the improvements should boost safety and tourism statewide.
